StubHub Changed Its Address for Notices 7 Times in 1 Year
Below are the seven different addresses StubHub has used in the last year to make it a moving target for consumers to initiate arbitration. Past addresses have been vacant, inaccessible, or nonexistent (see pictures). With the sixth address, that StubHub used for months, the USPS never recognized the "G28253" and returned many Notices to sender. StubHub's User Agreement allows it to email you legal notices, but you must locate StubHub's moving-target address, hope it works, go to the post office, and pay for and go through the hassle of using certified mail. There is no bona-fide business purpose that would explain why a company would change its address for Notices of Disputes seven times in one year. StubHub simply wants to take consumers' money and give them no chance to prove their cases to a neutral jury, judge, or arbitrator and recover the funds and additional damages they're due. StubHub has also failed to pay AAA fees in four cases requiring Mr. Clements to advance the business's fees so that the AAA can continue administering the cases. Mr. Clements is experienced with handling these types of tactics from StubHub, and Mr. Clements has the capital to advance all necessary fees to push your case forward with the AAA.
