StubHub employs an army of attorneys and support staff at mega law firm Holland and Knight to intimidate and shut down buyers and sellers presenting valid disputes, the great majority of whom lack legal representation or any legal training of their own.  While Brad is just one person, he has used his 45+ StubHub cases to amass a great deal of knowledge about how the company and its counsel operate in all stages of a dispute and culminating in the final arbitration hearing.  As Brad's roster of meritorious StubHub cases grows, so does Brad's knowledge base grow and so, too, do the prospects of each new client seeking a just resolution to his/her dispute.
