StubHub employs an army of attorneys and support staff at mega law firm Holland and Knight to intimidate and shut down buyers and sellers presenting valid disputes, the great majority of whom lack legal representation or any legal training of their own.  While Brad is just one person, he has used his 180 StubHub and Viagogo cases (with actual damages now totaling over $2,700,000) to amass a great deal of knowledge about how the companies and their counsel operate in all stages of a dispute and culminating in the final arbitration hearing.  As Brad's roster of meritorious StubHub and Viagogo cases grows, so does Brad's knowledge base grow and so, too, do the prospects of each new client seeking a just resolution to his/her dispute. 

As of July 7, 2026, out of Brad's then 159 StubHub and Viagogo clients, Brad had secured arbitration wins or successful settlements and full payouts for 139 different clients.  The 36 other cases simply had not yet been resolved, as many of them were filed in the last week. Brad has recovered over $1.6M for his StubHub and Viagogo clients to date. His goal is to recover $10M for StubHub and Viagogo victims.
