StubHub's lawless Overseas Call Centers

StubHub cuts costs and insulates itself from accountability by using overseas call centers in places like Nicaragua and the Philippines. The call center folks are employed by a third-party company and answer the phones for many different companies.  If you take your case to arbitration against StubHub, StubHub's attorneys will force you to appear at the final hearing, but StubHub will say the overseas agents cannot be subpoenaed and will not be attending.  Below you'll see that Inspiro and InTouchCX are two of the overseas call-center companies.  StubHub's counsel obtained simple emails for the arbitrator saying all four critical representatives would not appear for the final hearing, and then this same attorney cross-examined the Claimant for almost an entire day.  It takes experienced counsel who will not be intimidated to stand up to StubHub and its counsel's tactics.
