Victorious StubHub Victim in arbitration

After 10 Mos. of Arbitration, StubHub Conceded Full Damages

A victim of a dropped sale that StubHub knew about a month before the event and failed to disclose to the buyer, as well as numerous other StubHub misrepresentations, offered to settle early with StubHub for just his actual damages of $5,600.  StubHub ignored the settlement offer, never made a settlement offer of its own, and proceeded to fight the case in arbitration for ten months.  At the end of a two-day arbitration hearing that was an unmitigated disaster for StubHub, StubHub's attorney proposed a final award to the arbitrator that would award the victim exactly what he requested at the start -- $5,600 (final pages of StubHub’s proposed final award enclosed).  Why would a company make a settlement offer, fight in arbitration for ten months, and pay the arbitrator and AAA almost $30,000, only to admit that the claimant was due everything he initially requested? StubHub victims need counsel that are experienced in handling these types of tactics.

Brad has recovered over $210,000 for StubHub victims to date, and not a single client has had to pay any fees or expenses out of pocket.
