StubHub Paid $29k to the american arbitration association

StubHub's Global User Agreement and the AAA Consumer Rules require StubHub to pay all the costs of arbitration except, at most, a $225 consumer filing fee.  The consumer's attorney can advance that fee and win it back via settlement or an arbitrator's final award.  In the real example below (with invoices following the chart), Mr. Clements and his client never backed down and took StubHub all the way to a two-day, in-person final hearing.  StubHub paid $28,700 in arbitrator and AAA fees and still lost comprehensively.
